What payment methods can I use?

We currently accept most major payment methods, including:
• Visa
• Mastercard
• Shop Pay (for eligible Shopify users)
• Afterpay (one-time purchases only)

You can safely use these options for both one-time and subscription purchases (unless otherwise noted).

⚠️ A few notes about subscription payments:
Some payment methods come with limitations when it comes to subscriptions:

American Express (Amex):Some Amex cards may not support subscription payments by default due to their internal security policies. If your Amex payment fails, you may need to contact Amex and request to enable reference transactions (the feature that allows recurring billing). For a smoother experience, Visa or Mastercard are usually more reliable for subscriptions.

PayPal:Unfortunately, PayPal is not currently supported for subscription orders through our system. You can still use PayPal for one-time purchases.

Apple Pay & Google Pay:These payment methods do not support recurring payments, so they can’t be used for subscriptions at this time. They’re great for one-off orders, but for subscriptions, please use a Visa, Mastercard, or Shop Pay instead.

Is my payment information secure?

You bet! We use top-notch encryption to keep your info safe.

Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?

Not just yet—one payment method per order keeps things breezy!

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged when your order is processed and ready to ship.

How do I update my payment information?

Log into your account and update your payment info in the 'Payment Methods' section.

How do subscriptions work?

Easy peasy! Choose your delivery schedule, and we’ll handle the rest. Blop shows up at your door, and you get a fresh loo all year round.

How do I make changes to my subscription?

Just log into your account, head to 'Manage Subscriptions', and tweak your delivery schedule, update payment info, or cancel anytime.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log into your account, go to 'Manage Subscriptions', and hit ‘Cancel Subscription’. No fuss, no hidden fees! Just be sure it's 1 week before your next delivery, or you'll get yet another Blop. If you miss this deadline, we suggest giving it to a mate or stash it for a rainy (or flushy) day!

How does shipping and delivery work?

Orders are processed within 48 hours and delivered in 3-5 business days. Track your Blop every step of the way!

Do I need to sign for the delivery?

Nope! If you’re out, we’ll leave Blop in a safe spot for you.

How much do I pay for shipping?

Free shipping for 3+ Blops or for subscribers. Any others? Just a fiver.

Can I change my delivery address?

Absolutely. Update your address in your account before your order ships.

What if my order is delayed?

Reach out to our support team, and we’ll sort it out quick smart.

What is your return policy?

10-day money-back guarantee. Not happy? Return it for a full refund, no questions asked.

How do I return a product?

Contact our customer service by email crap@blop.today for a return authorisation and a prepaid return label. Return is at customers expense, soz.

What if my product is damaged or defective?

If Blop arrives damaged or defective, please let us know ASAP for a replacement or refund. Please note: the product cannot be used and the white sticker protection tab must be in-tact.

How long does it take to process a return?

We’ll process your return within 7-10 business days once we receive it.
