Blop Affiliate Program Policy
Last updated: May 2026
This policy sets out the terms and conditions of the Blop Affiliate Program. By registering and participating in the program, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this carefully before applying.
1. Eligibility and Registration
The Blop Affiliate Program is currently open to applicants based in Australia. We intend to expand availability to other regions over time, and will update this policy accordingly.
To join the program:
- You must submit an application via the registration page at af.uppromote.com/blop/register
- All applications are reviewed manually and approval is not automatic or guaranteed
- Each individual or business may only hold one affiliate account
- You must provide accurate information during registration. Applications submitted with false or misleading details will be declined or terminated
Blop reserves the right to decline any application at its discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
2. Commission Structure
Approved affiliates earn commission on qualifying orders placed through their unique affiliate link or QR code.
Commission rate: 11% per qualifying order
Minimum order value: Orders must total $25 AUD or more to be eligible for commission. Orders below this threshold will not generate commission.
What commission is calculated on: Commission is calculated on the product subtotal only. It excludes shipping costs, shipping tax, product tax, and any tips or additional charges.
Eligible products: Commission applies to Blop products only. Other items available on the Blop website, such as add-on products, are not included in the qualifying order calculation.
Subscription orders: Commission applies to a customer's first order placed through your affiliate link. Subsequent renewal orders from the same customer are not eligible for commission.
Self-referrals: The program is configured to automatically exclude self-referrals. Placing orders through your own affiliate link to generate commission for yourself is not permitted and will result in account termination.
3. Commission Approval and Payment
All commissions go through a mandatory review period before being approved for payment.
Review period: Commission is held for 30 days from the date the qualifying order is placed. This period exists to allow time for potential cancellations, returns, or disputes to be resolved.
Conditions for approval: Commission will only be approved and paid where the qualifying order remains valid at the end of the 30-day review period. Commission will not be paid in the following circumstances:
- The order is cancelled by the customer or by Blop within the 30-day review period
- The order is refunded, partially or in full, within the 30-day review period
- The order is identified as fraudulent or placed in violation of this policy
- The affiliate account associated with the order has been suspended or terminated
Blop reserves the right to withhold or reverse commission payments where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, manipulation, or policy violation, including after the 30-day period has elapsed.
Payment of approved commission will be processed in accordance with the payment settings configured in your affiliate dashboard. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are accurate and up to date.
4. Prohibited Conduct
To protect the integrity of the program and ensure commissions reflect genuine sales, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:
Fraudulent activity
- Placing orders through your own affiliate link, whether under your own name or through another person or entity acting on your behalf
- Artificially inflating clicks, referrals, or order volumes through any means, including bots, scripts, or coordinated activity
- Encouraging others to click your link without genuine intent to purchase
Misleading promotion
- Making false or misleading claims about Blop's products, pricing, or availability
- Impersonating Blop or presenting yourself as an official representative of the brand
- Using Blop's name, logo, or branding in a way that has not been approved by us
Spam and unsolicited outreach
- Sending unsolicited bulk emails or messages containing your affiliate link
- Posting your affiliate link in contexts where it is unwelcome or against platform rules
Any affiliate found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently terminated, and any pending or unpaid commission will be forfeited. Blop reserves the right to pursue recovery of commission already paid where fraud is identified.
5. Account Suspension and Termination
Blop reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any term in this policy
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity
- Inactivity over an extended period
- Closure of the Blop Affiliate Program
Upon termination, any commission that has not yet been approved or paid will be forfeited. Commission that has already been approved and is awaiting payment processing will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Affiliates may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting us at crap@blop.today.
6. Program Changes
Blop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or close the Affiliate Program at any time. This includes changes to commission rates, eligibility criteria, qualifying products, payment terms, and any other aspect of the program.
Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active affiliates. Continued participation in the program following any update to this policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations
Affiliate content: Blop is not responsible for any claims, representations, or content published by affiliates in connection with the promotion of Blop products. Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring their promotional activity is accurate, lawful, and compliant with any applicable platform rules or advertising standards.
Tax obligations: Commission earned through the Blop Affiliate Program may be considered taxable income. Affiliates are solely responsible for understanding and meeting their own tax obligations in relation to any commission received. Blop does not provide tax advice.
No guarantee of earnings: Participation in the Affiliate Program does not guarantee any level of income or commission. Earnings depend entirely on the affiliate's own promotional activity and the purchasing decisions of their referrals.
